How do I cancel my subscription or Premium Free Trial plan? (for iOS users)

If you cancel a subscription, you will also be turning off the auto-renew function so that you won’t be charged when the subscription expires. If you subscribe to a paid plan on your Apple device, please follow the steps below.

1. Go to Settings on your mobile device.
   
2. Tap iTunes & App Store.
   
3. Tap Apple ID:.
   
4. Tap View Apple ID.
   
5. Tap Subscriptions.
   
6. Tap the mydlink subscription.
   
7. Tap Cancel Subscription.
   
8. You’ve successfully cancelled your mydlink cloud recording subscription.
